Sokey manual
- The normal "multitap" is currently supported.
Letters in a button are selected by repeatedly tapping the button
once, twice or three times.
- It's sometimes necessary to separate two successive inputs
when it comes to input two letters in a button.
You may either wait for a moment (timeout)
or press the [sep] button for a separation.
- Advanced users may try to press the [last] button
to avoid waiting for timeout or pressing [sep] button.
[last] button becomes exactly the same button pressed right before.
- You can input one symbol at a time by pressing [sym] button.
- [sep] button can be used to input spaces.
- There are three alphabet modes; small, sentence and big.
In sentence mode, only the first input letter is capitalized.
- Second press of [space] button changes the input mode
to sentence mode for convenience.
[sep] can be used to input spaces without changing the input mode.
- [keybd] and [text] buttons toggle
between text input mode and keyboard mode.
- Holding down a button may auto-repeat the input.
- For 3x3 versions, try left-click and right-click, or tap and 8 directional strokes,
where the 8 directional strokes can span over the whole 3x3 surface.
It is space-saving, but it is recommended that you are familiar with 4x5 or 6x3 versions
before trying to use the 3x3 versions.
